Encryption based on SHA-1 algorithm

The SHA-1 algorithm is one of message digest algorithm.It is computationally infeasible to input message or come up with two messages having the same message digest.The encryption based on SHA-1 algorithm expands the SHA-1 algorithm. encryption includes blocking,parallel,replacement,lookup,shift technnique,making file securily on SHA-1 encryption.Using decryption explain previous file.Using security of SHA-1 algorithm,the function of file eneryption,decryption and data not tamper is realized.
