Design of Measure Circuit for Output Pulse in Opto-electric Encoder

The function of the screw thread process in NC lathe is important.To make sure the precision of the screw thread process,to obtain the signal of angle place on principal axis exactly is necessary.The opto-electric encoder is often used as an angle displacement sensor.Based on the analysis of the measure signal,the circuit for taking count of pulse is designed,the problem of the machining in practice are discussed,then the method for the circuits improvement is put forward.
