Fast processing of illustrations in sci-tech periodicals using virtual PDF printer

In order to convert the format of illustrations provided by the authors into that supported by the typeset system(Founder Bookmaker) of sci-tech periodicals,the virtual PDF printer is used to transfer the illustrations into PDF text files,which can be read in Photoshop and converted into a format supported by the typeset system of Founder Bookmaker,such as a tif format.Thus,the illustration processing based on Photoshop is realized,meeting the requirement for the high-quality mixed format of graphs and words in sci-tech periodicals.
