Approach for Re-engineering Based on Distributed Environment of J2EE

【Abstract】A re-engineering framework of legacy system based on distributed environment of J2EE partition is given. Improved level-clustering algorithm to extract system components is used, so the code can be easily removed to build distributed systems. At the same time, this paper also gives some module connection rules and module-deployment strategies suitable for J2EE partition. And a re-engineering process of enterprise’s legacy system to distributional system based on J2EE partition using this technology has been successfully realized, thus confirms this frame strong, practice and common. 【Key words】legacy system; framework; level-clustering algorithm
