A method to obtain optimum excitation in K fault fuzzy screen diagnosis for circuits with tolerance is studied.The optimum excitation is evaluated by combining the relevant theory of optimization,numerical analysis and matrix theory with circuit analysis and synthesis.So the computational work is reduced greatly.
