This paper has introduced a communication system which consists of main-machineand submitted-machine which based on PLC and intelligent meters. It indicates thecommunication function of S7-200 PLC and expounds the design and realization methodof submitted-machine. Meanwhile, it presents the entire software chart of communicationprogram. This paper must be significant for the design of similar systems.
