The management over Electrical Power Network is a vital joint in the process of Electric Power transmission and distribution.As the fast development of hightech,how to improve the management expertise becomes more and more important.WebGIS based on network and GIS has been proved to be an effective means to enhance it.The article suggests a system which can sum?lookup?manage?analyze all electrical lines of Beijing.The system shows all electrical lines and power station by twodimension numerical map,with the MOIMS platform of the ESRI corp.adopting the ASP technology of the Microsoft,and ACCESS database technique using ADO program.It can save abundance resource,improve the running efficient;enhance the quality of the management.
