Software Project Process Controlled by Test Method

The scale of software projects become more and more large, and more and more persons take part in the software projects, so the cost of management raised rapidly. Therefore, we import the ISO9000, CMM, but they can not obvbusly improve our management ability. For this reason, test control method is introduced. It can help the project manager to effectively control the software project management.
