Transforming DICOM to BMP Format Based on VB

DICOM is the international standard of the memory of medical image and the transmission.It is with the image of the computerized medical equipment and the popularity of picture archiving and communications systems(PACS) and the development of telemedicine systems have emerged.This paper analyses the format of DICOM and BMP, and the data of DICOM image were read with the window displayed;plumb mirror were transformed and memorized in the format of BMP by using VB.The test shows that has a great value in clinical application
