Penal Law Protection of Copy Right in Digital Situation

Nowadays,the tort of Internet is more and more covert;the tort crime is more and more complicated and serious.These add to the difficulties in protecting the copy right by penal law.In our country,the rules for the tort are too generous and broad,not coordinating the international standards,like TRIPS. This adds difficulties to the administration of justice.We should refer to TRIPS,widen the fields of works,define the tort exactly,cancel the requirement for benefit,improve the penal law protection of copy right.
