Design and Implementation of Aquatic Environment Evaluation and Management System

With the development of information technology, combined GIS with professional calculate model is the trend to improve management and decrease cost.The implement method of aquatic environment evaluation and management system is discussed in this text.This system based on DBMS and C/S frame,and based on object oriented method,combined with GIS,used Delphi 7 program language and Mapx5.0,Mapinfo5.5,SQL Server 2000 etc professional soft wares,and combined with the actual operation of TaiHu Basin.System has realized management of data,evaluation calculation of aquatic environment,GIS display,query,and reports management.Stabilization,extensibility and maintainability of system are excellent.
