Z Zhang, Mengdi Zhang · Computer Applications and Software · 1996
This paper introduces architecture of system for multimedia computing, and points that Audio Vedio Subsystem (AVSS) and Audio Vedio Kernel (AVK) are the system software kernel of multimedia computing. After that the author discusses and analyses some technical problem on AVSS. Meanwhile, the general modular construction, and their task dispatcher, and their data flow diagram for controlling are given.
