On Balanced Education Evaluation of Feature and Concept Hierarchical Ontology Mode

The unbalanced education behaves outstanding in the western China,especially the remote mountainous areas,but the unbalanced education is not clear on situation urban-nural gap and unbalanced degree.Based on the formal definition of feature and concept hierarchical ontology mode,AHP and rough set calculate weight of subjective and objective have been put to use for the unbalanced education evaluation.As an example,the education input equalization verifies that the algorithm is effective on feature and concept hierarchical ontology mode.
