One Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method on University Intellectual Capital

The comprehensive evaluation of university intellectual capital has aroused great concern.In this paper,one fuzzy evaluation method based on a new 'soft computing' is given,and a weight law is given to eliminate subjective fluctuations and the overall fluctuations.Fuzzy curve is used as membership function.Comprehensive evaluation of five universities' intellectual capital is carried out,then the use of cluster analysis of its intellectual capital can draw a reasonable classification.
