Analysis of construction and management on fishing port engineering lab

The establishing of the fishing port lab can effectively solve various engineering and technology problems for the fishing port construction and the fishery research.Well blue print on construction and management is very important for the rapid developing and long-term existing of the lab.In this paper,based on the descriptions of characteristics both in the existing harbor engineering lab and the fishing port engineering,how to effectively build and manage the lab is introduced through the analysis on the construction goal,content and the corresponding factors.The construction of the lab should consider the fishing port engineering characteristics,application demand and construction funds etc.The management of the lab should focus on the establishing of the rules and regulations,the building of the research team work,the managing of the apparatuses and the enhancing of the cooperation etc.The perfect engineering lab will provide the effective technical support and research platform for the aquiculture,the protection of fishing waters and the developing of fishing boat.
