Realization of Texture Decoding Module in MPEG-4 Criteria

In order to realize texture decoding in MPEG-4 criteria,this article uses variable length decoding to realize the DC coefficients in an intra block,resolves the texture information of a VOP.The decoder shall recover visual data from the coded bit-stream.Finally,the texture AV objects will integrate the coded bit stream such as shape-motion-texture decoding,mesh decoding and face information decoding objects into various visual objects of MPEG-4.
