Appraisal for the clinical application of Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer

Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer.Methods We Observed the accuracy,precision,contamination carrying over rate, linear range of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer on EDTA-K2 anticoagulation venous blood,and compared them with the designed standard provided by Sysmex company. 50 cases of samples were detected with two different sampling modes and the results were compared.Results The accuracy, precision, carrying over rate, linear range of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer accorded with the designed requirement of Sysmex company. Biases of two different introduction modes were in the permitted range.Conclusion The Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer is well-performed and achieves the clinical demand for hematological analysis.
