Researching & development of dynamic MPS system based on C/S and B/S model

In order to solve the problems to which accent enterprises have faced, an idea of dynamic MPS system based on C/S and B/S model is brought forward combining to modern Net- work technology. This article introduces the framework, Net- work, function and key- technology of the system. For the characteristic of roll- MPS, TOC and GA are used to solve the problems.
