A New Method in Judging N Classifiers(N Cls) or N Measures(N Ms)

To judge if a word is a N-Cl or a N-M,we should depend on the syntactical structure,in which the phrase of a plus a N-Cl or a N-M is a predication and the word acts as a unit.If the word is able to act as a unit,it is a N-Cl or a N-M,or else it isn't.To judge if the X in the phrase Numeral + X + Noun is a N-Cl or a N-M,a method named transformation and replacement may be utilized.
