Design and Realization of Manuscript Management System for Sci-tech Periodical Office

The current situation of information construction in sci-tech periodical office is analyzed,the business workflow of manuscript processing in it is introduced,the structure design of manuscript management system,the design of main function modules and the implementation scheme based on.Net three-tier architecture technology are presented,also the key technologies of realizing the system are expounded.The test and trial run show that the system works well.
