An economic analysis on teachers' salary and teachers' turnover

As an independent laborer,the teacher has his own utility function and will make a choice that can bring him the maximum utility after a cost benefit analysis.Because of the external inequality in salary and under its influence and after a comparison of benefits,the teacher who has had enough human capital will seek his maximum utility by means of changing his job.There exists a certain risk for a teacher to quit his job or leave the educational circle,so what we call hidden turnover happens between leisure and work.
