The Analysis on Risks and Preventions of C2C E-commerce Selers

With the rapid development of the network economy, more and more people began to conduct business online.And in the network business,there exposes some problems.One of them is that we always ignore the sellers' transaction risks.This paper uses this point as a breakthrough to analyses selers' risks in C2C E-commerce which involves buyer fraud,logistics and distribution,vicious competition,shorfage of supplied goods,transction costs,information security and so on.The author gives some effective prevention measures from platform of choice,credibility establishing,transaction monitoring,logistics wecurity,vendor cooperation and security payments.
