Risk analysis of the volatility of software requirements and policy

Based on the basic concept of requirements volatility(RV)risk, the causes and impact of RV on software project performance are summarized. Some representative RV risk analysis and assessment methods are enumerated. At the end bring up a new way of thinking of system requiring engineering based on object oriented method.
