Technology of Stereo Video Test Platform under Windows Environment

A kind of platform technology for stereo video processing under windows environment is introduced,which includes capturing stereo video or image by two USB cameras,accessing of self-defined stereo video files,and stereo video display based on OpenGL.It can be easily integrated into the program to construct a test platform for stereo video algorithm,with low cost.
