Study on the Contributing Factors of Communication Barrier in Agricultural Research Management and the Clearing Ways

The communication barrier between administrators and researchers is one of main problems in the research management of local agricultural research institutions. This paper analyses the causes of forming the communication barrier under the present pattern of agricultural research management, and puts forward some ways of clearing the barrier.
