Design and Implementation of Intelligent Telephone Management System Based on CTI Technique

With the fast growth of IT industries,the CTI-related industries have achieved great progress and been used in many aspects of social life.This paper,with the study of computer telephone integration(CTI) technique and in combination of the application principles for radio frequency identification technology(RFID),speech-to-speech transformation,object-oriented multithreading and socket programming and public switched telephone network an intelligent telephone management system on the platform of Microsoft Visual C++ is proposed and constructed.This system realizes the convenient management by the guard on the prisoner's call.The experimental application indicates that the intelligent telephone management system is extremely convenient to the user.
