Application of Fuzzy Pattern Recognition Model to Groundwater Quality Assessment

Fuzzy pattern recognition method is applied in groundwater quality assessment.Based on the relative membership degree theory and the rule to minimize the sum of the squares of the distances,objective function is established,which obtains the trend of changes in groundwater quality and accords with the requirements in groundwater quality evaluation better.The paper applies the model to evaluate Taiyuan groundwater;and it is proved that the model is useful and practicable.
