Web service is the software platform for Internet application based on distributed component.How to dynamically select,bind,and invoke Web service is one of attracted considerable attention in Web service architecture.This paper designs a model for personalized Web service with QOS constraints and prompts a strategy for dynamic,precise and self-learning based on GA and fuzzy control.
