Project Managers Assignment Using Fuzzy Algorithm

In this paper, an algorithm for venture capital project managers assignment is developed. The method first aggregates decision-maker's assessments about importance of various criteria and suitability of the venture capital project managers vs. investment projects under various criteria to obtain synthetic suitability matrix and integral suitability matrix. Then an assignment model is constructed and solved to obtain best solution.
