Influence diagrams are an effective graphical technique for solving real decision problems. However,a large number of probabilities and utilities required for their applications are often considered as major obstacles. When the dependencies or parameters are more imprecise, how to reason from the imprecise information becomes core issue to evaluate influence diagrams effectively. In order to overcome these obstacles, qualitative bayesian networks and associated algorithms have been developed before. In this paper, qualitative influence diagrams are addressed and an efficient algorithm for decision making is discussed.
