The Manuscript Quality Evaluation System Based on SVM

This paper analyzed the manuscripts hearing index system of scientific journals and the principle of SVM,established the manuscript quality evaluation system based on SVM, and applied 100 samples to train the network. The test results showed that the calculated results of the network model were in agreement with the expected output of test samples,which indicated that the model was feasible.
