Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in safety assessme of centrifuge pumpnt

By integrating fuzzy mathematics method with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the multi-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was built and applied in the safety assessmen of centrifuge pump.According to the structure of the system,the actual operation situation,common fault models and historical fault datas,a safety evaluation indexes system was established,the relative weights were defined and the result of single-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was determined.With the above-mentioned evaluation results,the safety grades of centrifuge pump could be obtained finally.In addition,an evaluation software was developped with Microsoft Visual Studio2008 and Matlab so as to improve its practicability.
