A Kind of Shifted Pascal Matrix

Recently,Ashrafi and Gibson gave a kind of the involuntary Pascal matrix and its eigenvectors.The purpose of this paper is to establish a kind of new shifted Pascal matrix and point out this kind of new matrix are involuntary.Finally,the eigenvetors of are considered.Thus Ashrafi and Gibson's results are extended.
