Remark on Korean Information Open Law

Korea is the first country realizing the legalization of information open system in Asia. Informatin open law makes detailed prescription on its legislational aim, abligation body, scope, procedure etc. In this article, the author analyses the character of this law on terms of formation, content and theory, and makes initial explosion on what our corresponding legislation should borrow from.
