Problems with the design of low noise amplifier (LNA)for RF front end are summarized in the paper, and their solutions are also discussed.The circuit is designed based on corresponding processing and actual demand of the RF LNA circuit for CDMA2000 base stations.The circuit is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the design techniques.
