New signcryption scheme with higher efficient

A new efficient indentity-based signcryption scheme is proposed in the paper,in which some characteristics of bilinear pairings on elliptic curves are taken into account.It has improved the drawbacks of receiver verifying signature after decrypting in the traditional signcryption scheme.Anybody can verify the signature without knowing the plaintext.The scheme is safe and also very efficient regarding the computation costs after analyzing other schemes.It can be applied in E-business scenario,such as fil-tration of unuseful instant messages.
