Measurement system of trace moisture in transformer pressboard

The on-line monitoring used in the process of drying of pressboard is discussed by dielectrometry and weight-loss method.A portable on-line measuring system of trace moisture in pressboard based on AT89S51 single chip computer is introduced,it's applicable to the measurement of trace moisture in transformer pressboard with dielectrometry measurements.It can generate sinusoidal wave signals of different frequency,signals feed back by capacitive sensor is processed and the moisture content is displayed,signals change of moisture content can be sensed by a specially designed sensor.A hardware structure and a software design of the system are presented.
