Variable-voltage supply compensation of thermal sensitivity shift of a piezo-resistance transducer

The basic principal of the temperature compensation to a piezo-resistance transducer's sensitivity is introduced.By applying to the acceleration transducer, a practical variable-voltage supply compensation circuit is figured in detail.Also,the temperature characteristic of the whole temperature-control voltage supply circuit is analized, and the method by which the temperature factor depending on the variation of the tempurature of the compensated piezo-resistance factor is brought out.
