Design and implementation of STATCOM monitoring system based on Visual C

This paper introduces a monitoring system based on Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.It analyzes the detailed structure of the STATCOM monitoring system which contains functions such as remote control,real-time monitoring,information storing and processing,and specifically discusses on the design schemes of the system from three major aspects: design of the graphical interfaces,design of the communication interfaces,design of the database.This monitoring system has proved to be stable and convenient,it also has kind interface and abundant functions which sufficiently meet the demands of the user.
