Novelty Library Information has gradually become the mainstream business of consulting for domestic colleges and universities library,Dialog Online cross-database search and retrieval possesses significant advantage,however too expensive,makes itself poor Utilization.This paper based on the search terms,search sentence compiling,database selection and output format of choice,design the expenditure control method of sci-tech novelty retrieval.Scientific search strategy can not only greatly reduce the search costs,but also can improve search efficiency,yield more effective information.
