The synchronization of audio and video recording is a significative attempt in regulating investigation and evidence collection,protecting civil rights,justifying evidence obtaining,and improving case-handling ability.However,regulations in New Criminal Procedure Law about Synchronized Audio and Video Recording are devoid of exactness.It has become the most difficult problem to carry out selective Audio and Video Recording in practice.At present,it is necessary to encourage the application of Synchronized Audio and Video Recording to all criminal cases and strictly define and implement Whole Process Recording.Meanwhile,it is also important to standardize relevant operational programs.Only in this way will it provide systematic mechanism of guarantee for the implementation of Synchronized Audio and Video Recording.
