This article firstly summarizes 16 necessary components of academic journals as well as their styles.Then it discusses the requirements in abstract writing and points out its critical significance.In addition,it puts forward different views on how to make notes and list references and concludes that a lot of academic journals have by far confused notes with references.Finally it suggests Chinese academic journals with principles for using foreign language: no use when using and no using are both okay,no more use when little use is good and definitely no use when it is no necessary to use.
