Recognition for Handwritten Digits Based on Artificial Neuron Network

This paper gives the definition for the five styles of stokes of the digitals such as the ring etc.Considering the simplicity of the digital strokes and referring to the definitions of the basic Chinese characters' stokes,it suggests a new capturing method for the input of the nerve net by combining the value of the five stroke characteristics and the ring numbers for the purpose of the ideal discernment result with the characteristic amount that relatively lacks.
