Management information system(short for MIS) is one of the most important fundament of Logistics resource mobilization.The function of Logistics resource mobilization MIS is narrated and the information flow of MIS is analyzed.Based on what have been done above,this paper divides the MIS into four modules which includes several sub-systems.The 3-layer application frame of MIS is put forward and the hardware and software structure design is provided.
