Atorvastatin clinical pharmacology and effect analysis

Objective To compare Atorvastatin in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome,and explore the clinical efficacy of its pharmacological effects.Methods A hospital with acute coronary syndrome 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups each of 43 cases.Treatment group were given early atorvastatin joint ACS routine treatment in the control group were given conventional treatment,after 8 weeks treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of inflammatory factors in serum lipid levels in different situations and changes.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved in patients treated with the serum levels of inflammatory factors and the decline in lipid levels than the control group,(P0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin its better anti-inflammatory,to improve blood lipids,the treatment of ACS is effective.
