Study on the Effect of Pig Blood Cell Hemolysis During Industrial Processing
Zhao Yong-bi · Jilin Normal University Journal · 2015
The absorption value of hemoglobin in plasma was determined by UV spectrophotometer. The pig blood hemolysis was analyzed during the different temperature and process of adding blood anticoagulant. The results showed that more red blood cells broken down when anticoagulants were added to pig blood in the factory than in laboratory. In addition, the status of pig blood that was preserved at 4 ℃ was better than that at 10 ℃.
