Testability Simulation Technology based on TEAMS and its Application to Electronic Systems

The testability simulation technology is first briefly introduced.The testability modeling and simulation technology based on TEAMS is discussed in detail.The feasibility and validity of the approach are demonstrated with an example.It is shown that not only modeling is simple and convenient by using this method,but the electronic system's testability level can also be given quantitatively in the early stage of system design.At the same time,it can also identify the weaknesses,which can help to improve the product's testability.
