Research into Value Evaluation Method of EW Target Based on Improved AHP

The value evaluation of electronic warfare(EW) target is a key question in EW campaign command.Considering the deficiency of traditional analytical hierarchy process(AHP),this paper introduces a kind of improved AHP,establishes an EW target value evaluation model based on selecting appropriate evaluation indexes,obtains the results of target value evaluation via the steps of judgment matrix conformation,monolayer order,consistency check and whole order,etc.The results can provide new approach for evaluating EW target value quantitatively.
