DS-CDMA is widely used in the modern civil and military communication systems.Therefore,DS-CDMA signal blind detection has attracted attention of researchers.Using the fourth-order moment chip m4x(0,0,τ) property which is good to suppress the arbitrary Gaussian noise,on the basis of the improvement of the fourth-order moment chip estimation,a detection method of quadratic fourth-order moment chip is proposed in this paper. The proposed method reduced the estimation error and computation complexity.Experimental results show that the detection performance of the method is better than that of the square frequency multiplication method,spectrum-reprocessing method and the cepstrum method. When the false alarm probability is 1%,the detection probability of presented methods reaches above 90% at SNR of-22 dB.
