Universal uncertain model on uncertainty and its intelligent decision support system

In order to overcome the incomplete of single model on uncertainty,the universal uncertain model on uncertainty is proposed in this paper.And the application of universal uncertain model in intelligent decision support system is given.Firstly on the basis of explanation of connotation of uncertainty,the universal uncertain model on uncertainty is created.Then representation and reasoning of knowledge based on universal uncertain model is proposed.Lastly the framework of intelligent decision support system based on universal model is given.The universal uncertain model on uncertain can comprehensively depict uncertainty.
